Garuda Belux forms part of GRI (Garuda Research Institute) located at Aarhus in Denmark. Founded in 1981 by Finn Havaleschka, the GRI developed methods centred on the personal development in professional environment. In 1984, at the end of deepened statistical analyses, a model taking again the features characteristic of the individuals succeeding best in a given function was created. This model is common to all the methods and software Garuda and comprises 3 groups of features of character related on the intellectual, social and the capacity to generate results.
