Focus Profile

Focus Profile enables you to evaluate an employee’s professional profile by evaluating four areas:

  1. Integration (empathy, consensus, arbitration...)
  2. Baser (capacity to carry out, direction of the detail or not...)
  3. Development (long-term sight, strategic approach, creativity...)
  4. Results (to produce in the short run, motivation, capacity of change...)

Answers to a questionnaire (filled in 10’) are used to produce a graphic illustration showing how the participant has weighted the four focus areas – the Focus Profile. This can then be compared to a specific job profile, resulting in a development profile showing areas where the participant needs to develop specific skills in order to become more effective. This function can also be used to match a candidate to an open position (see Garuda Profile for more detailed matching). The focus profile can also be matched to a group profile as well as to a team profile (for specific tasks). Finally the focus profile can be compared to a dream position (the function which would best fit the participant). A self-evaluation shows how conscious the participant is of his/her own strengths and weaknesses. It is also possible to apply this principle to peers, enabling other people to give an evaluation of the participant (mirror function or 360° evaluation)

The results of the analysis are delivered as graphics and text. The interpretation and analyses which are provided can be used as a basis for discussion – either face to face or over the internet, using the Garuda on-line meeting facility.
